Simple, Impactful Answers to Your Questions

General Questions

An Exercise Physiologist is a university-qualified allied health professional who uses evidence-based exercise therapy to help you manage chronic medical conditions, acute injuries, permanent disabilities, and overall lifestyle health. We design safe, highly customized movement programs to rebuild your strength, restore your mobility, and improve your daily quality of life.

Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are 4-year university-trained clinical specialists. They are qualified to prescribe medical exercise interventions for individuals dealing with chronic conditions, clinical diagnoses, permanent disabilities, and complex rehabilitation needs.

Personal Trainers focus strictly on general fitness, body composition, muscle gain, and conditioning for a generally healthy, uninjured population without a clinical background.

Private Clients No referral is required! You can book an appointment with us directly at any time.

Funded Clients If you plan to claim rebates through Medicare (EPC/CDM plans), WorkCover, TAC, or DVA, a specific medical referral from your General Practitioner (GP) or case manager is required before your first clinical session.
