Expert Rehabilitation to Help You Move Forward

Recovering from a transport accident involves more than just resting; it requires a structured, evidence-based approach to regain your physical independence. As a TAC-approved provider, we specialize in delivering clinical exercise physiology programs that are outcome-focused and tailored to your specific injuries.

We understand the complexity of recovering from motor vehicle incidents. Our goal is to empower you to self-manage your injury, reduce pain through targeted movement, and rebuild the strength necessary to return to the activities that matter most to you.

Foundational Pillars of Our TAC Programs

  • Clinical Goal Setting: We establish clear, measurable rehabilitation milestones that are strictly aligned with your functional goals, return-to-work pathways, and daily living requirements.
  • Biopsychosocial Approach: Our treatment considers the physical, psychological, and social impacts of your injury, ensuring your program is not just about muscle strength, but total recovery.
  • Evidence-Based Programming: We utilize the Clinical Framework for the Delivery of Health Services, ensuring every exercise prescribed is researched, justified, and adjusted based on your real-time progress.

Who Benefits Most from Our TAC Programs?

We customize our mobile rehabilitation plans to meet the clinical needs of transport accident survivors, including:

  • Acute Injury Recovery: Individuals recovering from recent sprains, strains, whiplash, or fractures requiring guided, safe physical activity.
  • Chronic Pain Management: Clients suffering from persistent musculoskeletal issues resulting from an accident, focusing on pain reduction and restored movement.
  • Return-to-Work Clients: Those needing physical conditioning to safely meet the demands of their specific job role following a significant period of recovery.
  • Long-Term Functional Support: Individuals requiring ongoing strength and mobility maintenance to prevent secondary complications from severe, accident-related physical impairments.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a valid TAC claim number and are within the first 90 days of your accident, you can often start treatment immediately. If it has been more than 90 days since your accident, or more than 6 months since your last TAC-funded service, you generally need to contact your TAC case manager for prior approval.

Provide us with your valid TAC claim number at your first appointment. Once your claim is accepted and the treatment is approved, we can bill TAC directly for your clinical services, subject to any potential gap fees if our rates differ from the TAC schedule.

A recommendation from your GP or medical specialist is highly recommended, as it helps us provide the most clinically appropriate care for your specific accident-related injuries.
