Our programs are designed to help you build functional movement, increase physical strength, and improve your overall independence in a safe, supportive, and highly personalized way.

  • Our Locations: Fully mobile services across Craigieburn and Melbourne’s northern suburbs (including Roxburgh Park, Mickleham, Epping, and surrounding areas).
  • Who We Support: NDIS participants (self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed) living with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities.

Clinical Care Aligned With Your NDIS Goals

We understand that your NDIS plan is built around your unique personal goals. Our Exercise Physiology services are not about generic fitness; they are about functional capacity.

Whether your goal is to walk further, improve your balance to reduce fall risks, or increase your strength to assist with daily living tasks, we build a clinical pathway to get you there. Our accredited Exercise Physiologists use evidence-based interventions to improve your mobility, pain management, and physical health, ensuring your progress aligns with the objectives outlined in your NDIS plan.

Foundational Pillars of Our NDIS Services

  • Goal-Oriented Rehabilitation: Every program is mapped directly to your NDIS goals, focusing on outcomes that improve your daily life and participation in the community.
  • Safe & Inclusive Practice: We provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment, ensuring you feel safe and confident throughout your rehabilitation journey.
  • Empowerment Through Movement: We focus on teaching you the skills and movements that help you reclaim independence, regardless of your starting point.

Who Benefits Most from Our NDIS Programs?

We customize our mobile exercise therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of NDIS participants, including:

  • Physical Disability Support: Improving mobility, strength, and range of motion for participants living with neurological conditions, cerebral palsy, or other physical limitations.
  • Psychosocial Support: Utilizing exercise as a clinical tool to assist in managing mental health symptoms, improving energy levels, and building routine and confidence.
  • Intellectual Disability Support: Creating engaging, clear, and consistent exercise programs that build physical literacy and body awareness.
  • Functional Independence: Assisting participants who want to improve their capacity to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as getting in and out of a car, dressing, or household mobility.

How We Deliver Your NDIS Program

  • Step 1: Initial Assessment: We meet with you to review your NDIS plan, discuss your specific functional goals, and conduct a physical evaluation.
  • Step 2: Goal Mapping: We create a structured exercise plan that specifically targets your goals (e.g., “improve balance to walk safely in the community”).
  • Step 3: Mobile Service Delivery: We come to your home, local gym, or community setting, providing one-on-one supervision to ensure exercises are done correctly and safely.
  • Step 4: Progress Reporting: We provide regular reports and reviews to ensure your therapy remains effective and aligned with your NDIS plan reviews.
