About Me
Hi, I’m Fatma, the proud founder of Strive For Strength: Exercise Physiology. My passion for helping people move, feel stronger, and live healthier lives drives everything I do. I’ve always believed in the power of movement to transform not just the body but the mind, and I’m committed to empowering others to achieve their goals, no matter their starting point.
My Journey
Bilingual in English and Arabic, I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (Clinical Practice), a Graduate Certificate in Sport and Exercise Science, and a Level 1 Certification in Powerlifting Coaching.
I have years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. My journey into exercise physiology was inspired by my desire with my own gym training. I have been training for over 10 years and this has helped me overcome my own barriers to exercising. This sparked my passion for helping others overcome their own barriers and to show them the importance of exercise for health and well-being through evidence-based movement strategies.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with individuals of all abilities and backgrounds, including NDIS participants managing physical disabilities, chronic conditions, or mental health challenges. Whether you’re looking to regain strength after an injury, improve your mobility, or achieve a new personal best, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Outside Of Work
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me training at the gym, going for hikes, soaking up the sun on the beach and most importantly spending quality time with my kids. Staying active is an important part of my life, and always ensure i am competition ready for my next Powerlifting meet.
